Adivce and Tips on Moving Home

Clear Out. Throw away anything you no longer want or need.

Freezer. Run down the contents of your freezer and allow time to defrost.

Packing. Box your possessions by 'Room' and Label each box clearly on top and side.

Fragile Objects. Please tell us before the moving date if you have anything that needs special arrangements such as a piano.

Meter Readings. Take readings and contact your utility companies.

Inform People. Update those who hold you address, such as Doctors, Dentists, Vets, the Bank, Employer, Friends and Family!

Forward Post. or leave a forwarding address.

Date. Book your moving date with us as soon as you can confirm it.

New Home. A map to your new home and a contact number is very useful for us.

Parking. Arrange parking outside your new home.

Fitters. Arrange carpet fitters for a different day to us, as we can get in each other's way.
